What we have done
Specific projects to date have included:
- Facilitation of strategic planning
- Advice about applications to the Community Partnership Fund, an initiative of the New Zealand Digital Strategy
- Advice to not-for-profit agencies on policy and compliance around distributing library services
- Advice to not-for-profit agencies on aligning online services for people with disabilities with mainstream services
- Advice about the accessibility of websites
- Writing of "plain English" versions of consultation documents
- Advice on best practice for standards setting for and marketing of braille in New Zealand
- Development of and on-going technical support for an interactive voice response (IVR) telephone service
